Having faced a challenging life since birth at two months prem, we feel compelled to use our own life experience; talking about the long-lasting effects of childhood trauma, mental health, alcoholism, domestic violence, loss, grief, breaking generational cycles, taking ownership for shadow work, healing and self, and the tools that helped us overcome adversity against all odds, to help others who are struggling on this very real and painful journey.

We feel that it is vital to help in any way we can, in sharing the raw reality of mental illness, personality disorders, psychiatric admissions, coping mechanisms that save an abused child, but become destructive in adulthood, suicide and suicidal ideation, different perspectives of patient versus carer, re-parenting, acknowledging, validating, and integrating the inner-child, and finding the courage, the inner-strength, and the self-worth to turn pain into power, with an open heart, and forgiveness.
